Dr. William Booker D.C.
Dr. William Booker D.C. holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Cleveland College of Chiropractic, Los Angeles. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, where he graduated with a major in psychology and a minor in Biology.
After completing his internship in Philadelphia, Dr. Booker relocated to Arlington to open the first Capitol Rehab inside of Gold’s Gym. Dr. Booker established Capitol Rehab-Arlington as the flagship for what would be the eventual opening of eight additional Capitol Rehabs located throughout Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland.

Barbara Fallon Wallace, MSPT, DPT
Ms. Barbara Fallon Wallace holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of William and Mary where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business.
While at William and Mary, Ms. Fallon Wallace was a decorated athlete on the NCAA Division IA level in both cross-country and track. Today, Ms. Fallon Wallace continues to pursue her passion for running and is one of the top female runners in the Washington metropolitan area. Ms. Fallon Wallace joins Capitol Rehab with a background in healthcare consulting and reimbursement, along with expertise in diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and biomechanical impairments.

Chasity N. Rainey, MSPT
Chasity N. Rainey holds a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC where she was a member of the charter class. She completed her undergraduate studies at Tulane University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.
While at Tulane University, Ms. Rainey was a scholarship athlete on the NCAA Division I level in women’s basketball and helped to lead the team to it’s first ever NCAA tournament appearance. Today, Ms. Rainey continues to pursue her love of sports by playing in the WAWSL and the CCSL soccer leagues and running in local and national road races. Ms. Rainey joins Capitol Rehab with a background in health, fitness, and individual and team consulting, along with expertise in orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy.

Dr. Edward Beck, DC
Dr. Beck received his doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, IA. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree from Concordia University in Exercise Science majoring in Adapted Physical Activity. While at Concordia he volunteered with different organization from the YMHA to the Golden Age Association.
After completion of his doctorate degree he worked in Winamac, Indiana with a practice specializing in the Gonstead system of chiropractic. Dr. Beck has completed many hours of certification from the Gonstead seminar based in Chicago, IL.

J. Lyn Stewart, Physical Therapist (MSPT)
Lyn Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science, and Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She worked as a physical therapist at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, and at National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C., before joining Capitol Rehab in 1996.
Ms. Stewart has many years of clinical experience and extensive continuing education in the field of integrative manual therapy. She uses a biomechanical approach to rehabilitation, treating muscle imbalance, joint and soft tissue dysfunction, and utilizes functional retraining to treat a variety of conditions. Ms. Stewart also has a special interest in women’s health issues.
