Capitol Rehab of Arlington Joins Ricardo Reinoso in Supporting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
Capitol Rehab is pleased to be supporting Ricardo Reinoso www.ricardoforacure.org in his work with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Ricardo is a Washington DC area candidate for Man of the Year. Over the past 19 years, Man and Woman of the Year candidates have raised over $53 million for research, patient care, advocacy and education. Last year, the 21 DC area candidates raised more than $910,000. For the most part, these individuals raise their money through grassroots efforts, family and friend support, as well as the involvement of local communities.
Ricardo’s personal story is compelling in it own right. Born in Oklahoma to Peruvian immigrants, Ricardo was diagnosed early in life with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Relying on his strong beliefs and positive attitude, Ricardo overcame his diagnosis, went on to be an Eagle Scout, graduate from Washington University, study abroad and eventually settle in the Washington, DC area with a career in Finance with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
Please visit Ricardo’s website, www.ricardoforacure.org and join us in supporting his tremendous efforts.
