I'm hugely enthusiastic about your work, Dr. Beck's and the person I went to before you. My business partner in Raleigh is also a strong advocate as are so many others. I agree with you that people can have bad experiences in any field. I've always heard a lot about the proverbial consultants who take your watch to tell you what time it is, but my clients have certainly never felt that way. Same issue now as I move into web design and realize that people are having bad experiences with other designers who have no background in strategy to make the site effective.
