Chiropractors: “No One Likes Them But They Can Help”

That was a comment recently posted on Twitter.
One of my favorite quotes comes from Super Chef, Emeril Lagasse. He says, “Fried food isn’t bad for you, bad fried food is bad for you.” The same applies to chiropractors. People don’t dislike chiropractors, they dislike bad chiropractors.
It is highly recommended that you seek out a “Sports Chiropractor” or a chiropractor who incorporates treatments not just of the joints, but also of the muscles, nerves and surrounding soft tissues.
Such a doctor may or may not perform miracles, but will certainly encourage functional changes that will significantly reduce your back pain, but will also improve functionality and performance. A good site to start your search may be www.activerelease.com.

Dr. William Booker
I don’t what circles that person travels in. I’m hugely enthusiastic about your work, Dr. Beck’s and the person I went to before you. My business partner in Raleigh is also a strong advocate as are so many others.
I agree with you that people can have bad experiences in any field. I’ve always heard a lot about the proverbial consultants who take your watch to tell you what time it is, but my clients have certainly never felt that way. Same issue now as I move into web design and realize that people are having bad experiences with other designers who have no background in strategy to make the site effective.
Key is to ask the right questions up front and you’ve helped here by explaining what a “Sports Chiropractor” offers.
Exactly right, Caryn. Bad is bad, in any field!
Thanks for the post.
