Reminder! We Hope To See You At Gold’s Gym in Ballston on December 16th!

Capitol Rehab’s very own Jorge Obando will be providing free seated massages at the upcoming Gold’s Gym Client Appreciation Day on December 16th from 5-7pm.

Capitol Rehab’s own, Dawn Dericke will also be available to answer questions about our Signature Functional Evaluation and Assessment (FE).

The FE provides the perfect opportunity for Gold’s Gym members curious about injuries and injury prevention to be fully assessed for any muscle, joint or biomechanical weakness that may preclude you to injury and more importantly, what exercises you can do to reduce your chance of getting injured.
