Gold’s Gym + Capitol Rehab = complimentary seated massages and gift certificates

I am excited to announce that Capitol Rehab of Arlington will once again be working with Gold’s Gym of Ballston and their vibrant athletic community.  In a coordinated effort to show appreciation to current and future members of Gold’s Gym, Capitol Rehab will be providing complimentary seated massages as well as gift certificates for functional evaluations.

For people who have never had a sports massage or haven’t had a really good one in quite some time, our Licensed Massage Therapist, Jorge Obando, will be available during Gold’s Gym Bi-Monthly Customer Appreciation Days (dates to be determined) to demonstrate what you have been missing!

Capitol Rehab’s own, Dawn Dericke will also be available to answer questions about our Signature Functional Evaluation and Assessment (FE). The FE provides the perfect opportunity for Gold’s Gym members curious about injuries and injury prevention to be fully assessed for any muscle, joint or biomechanical weakness that may preclude you to injury and more importantly, what exercises you can do to reduce your chance of getting injured.
