Dr. Booker’s Weekend Warning!

Just a couple of things … we are going into the weekend which is both bad and good. This is the time when people are most likely to slip off the wagon so really prepare ahead of time so that all your food needs are met. I would even suggest going out to dinner one or two days, but plan so that you have the proper food.
Example: Cheesecake Factory … Santa Fe Chicken Salad (minus the tortillas and corn) is delicious and very filling.
Just remember, we get through the weekend and we have completed our first week!!
Just to show you my own tracking … and you should be doing the same:
- Sunday – 214 lbs (probably inaccurate number as I took the weight at the end of the day and purposefully ate bad b/c we were starting diet on Monday)
- Monday – 212 (weigh in first thing in the morning; probably a more accurate weight than the night before.)
- Tuesday – 210.2
- Weds – 209.8
- Thurs – 208.6
- Friday – have yet to measure but we can expect around a 5-7 lb loss for me in the first week.
Even though you didn’t weigh yourselves the first few days, we can assume about the same weight loss for you in the first week as well.
